Omelet trio 3x 95 ml

3 fine mixes to make omelettes.

I used 3 eggs per mix, but you can play with that.

Instructions.
Add the mix to the eggs and let them slowly fry in coconut oil so that it can swell a bit. Then lightly brown on both sides.
If you want the vegetables to be softer, you can soak them in advance by placing them in boiled water. Then make sure that the water is about 2 cm above the vegetables.
